Co-operation Polski System Dystrybucji with central storehouse in Piotrkow Trybunalski works since May 2004. This common enterprise of several shareholding and based on partnership firms has received a legal status in April 2005. The task of P.S.D. is to create a chain of transport connection at the whole of the country area using possessed or rented means of transport and regional storehouses in order to distribute smalls loads.

Origin of the distribution system was justified by the necessity of loads consolidation on held transport lines, reasonable transportation use by all of the partners in both carriage relations, in this way decreasing their price – these related to transshipment as well. Regardless of  purposes and assumption of common enterprise each of the partners sets up bilateral cooperation in system’s extent. P.S.D. chain is also transporting long loads and dangerous ADR commodity.

Polski System Dystrybucji collaborates with three big German forwarding co-operations, that are gathering multitude of forwarding agents, with whom everyone is bringing smalls loads to central transshipping storehouses  by their lorry. German forwarding co-operations are collaborating with similar but much smaller corporations from France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria as well as other countries in European Union and from outside.

Thanks to this collaboration branches based on partnership of P.S.D. are offering their clients transport of smalls shipment from and to Western Europe and Bulgaria (export from Poland), including dangerous ADR commodity. Except for collaboration with chains there is simultaneously collaboration with individual foreign forwarding companies specialized in specific carriages – for example: transport of customs shipment from port in Hamburg, air shipment from Frankfurt on the Main, as well as in smalls export to countries located on the Baltic coast (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia).
